Welcome back to YWIES Tongxiang for the new semester! We greet our students with hugs, smiles, sincerity, and enthusiasm.

As the new school year approached, we have been thoroughly preparing for our students' return. Teachers returned early to prepare and receive training for the new academic year, hoping to quickly help students reintegrate into campus life.

In order to create a warm and exploratory learning environment, our new Grade 1 homeroom teachers, Mr Graham Simon Parker and Ms Annabel He, has worked tirelessly and meticulously arranging the classroom until late night. Their efforts and dedication have created a comfortable learning atmosphere for the students, making them more motivated to engage in learning.

Not only Mr Parker and Ms He, all our other teachers have also worked tirelessly to provide the best education and learning environment for the students. Their hard work and dedication have injected more vitality and motivation into the students' life at school.

On the morning of August 28th, the School Leadership Team (SLT) and teachers eagerly awaited the arrival of our students. The new semester has officially began, and the students' arrival has filled the campus with a lively and energetic atmosphere.

When asked if they missed school and if they were happy to start the new semester, the children answered enthusiastically, "Yes! We get to see our friends again!" Their joy and anticipation for the reunion filled the entire campus with laughter and happiness. This also heralds a wonderful start to the new school year, where students will explore, learn, and grow together with their teachers, creating beautiful learning experiences.

During the Student Orientation Day, we meticulously arranged a Parent Information Sharing Session and various workshops for parents. Our SLT provided detailed information on the new academic year's teaching staff, academic support, teaching management, communication between home and school, and residence hall services to all our families. In addition, parents also visited the future school site to learn about the latest developments and feel the school's continuous innovation and development efforts.

Through these workshop, parents not only learned about the school's overall plan and educational philosophy, but also gained a better understanding of how to support their children's learning and life. Our SLT and faculty teachers will continue to maintain close contact and communication with parents, jointly focusing on the growth and development of children, and paving the way for their future.

To welcome the students back, the school has prepared welcoming activities and a back-to-school barbecue celebrations for the students, allowing them to swiftly integrate into campus life and establish a sense of belonging.

The students were divided into three energetic groups, taking turns immersing themselves in a variety of experiences. From exciting sports activities to inspiring art and music creations, and captivating drama performances, the students fully demonstrated their talents and potential in various activities.

The teachers walked alongside the students with enthusiasm, exploring, learning, and growing together amidst laughter and joy. They felt the students' passion, friendliness, and potential, and were proud of their growth and development. Such activities not only helps the students integrate into campus life, but also provides them with a platform to showcase themselves, making them more confident and independent in facing the opportunities and challenges of the new academic year.

In the 2024-25 academic year, we eagerly welcome the arrival of the new semester. Let us all move forward together through the power of education, and stride towards a brighter future!
